Alison’s Christmas Margarita
- 3 oz. cranberry juice
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 3 oz. silver tequila
- 1 oz. triple sec or agave nectar
Shake together, serve over ice with fresh pomegranate seeds and sugared rim. Use an extra ounce of tequila for more kick.
Cici’s Stepdad’s Stolen Eggnog
- Make without alcohol; or generously add any dark liquor of your choice.
Scott’s Hot Apple Cider
- 10 oz. apple cider
- 1 tsp. pumpkin butter
Heat apple cider and stir in pumpkin butter. Garnish with anise star and cinnamon.
Lauren’s Leftover Cranberry Cosmo
- Leave out the vodka for an all-ages crowd-pleaser.
Espresso Wick-tini
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. cold espresso
- ½ oz. coffee liqueur
- 3 whole coffee beans
Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes and pour in liquid ingredients. Shake well. Strain into martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.
